我的孩子:

你或许不认识我，我却认识你的一切，
就是你的头发也都数过了。
但你却不晓得你已经遇上了上帝。
我也常被不认识我的人误传，
但是真正认识我的人都会知道，
极坏的恶人都可以信上帝，
成为我宝贝的孩子。

A Celebrating Season

And God Said , "No"

I asked God to take away my pride and God said, " No."

He said it was not for Him to take it away, but for me to give it up.

I asked God to heal my disease and God said, " No."

He said, " Your spirit is whole, your body is only temporary. Through your afflictions you will learn to help others who also suffer."

I asked God to grant me patience and God said, " No."

He said that patience is a by-product of tribulation.

It isn't granted, it's earned.

I asked God to give me happiness and God said, " No."

He said that He gives blessings, happiness is up to me.

I asked God to spare me pain and God said, " No."

He said, " Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares

and brings you closer to me."

I asked God to make my spirit grow and God said, " No."

He said that I must grow on my own,

but He will prune me to make me fruitful.

I asked God if He loved me and God said, " Yes."

He said, " I gave my only Son who died for you.

You will be in heaven someday because you believe."

I asked God to help me love others as much as He loves me and God said,

" Ah........ Finally you understand.........."

作女人的艺术 之 你喜欢你自己吗?

最近在看这本书。是一位知己送的生日礼物。封面的标题深深吸引我 ：作女人的艺术！哈...很有意思吧？常听人说：作人难，作女人--更难！那么，我们不如试试学习作个有艺术的女人，或许会有意想不到的惊喜呢？

读了一部分，我确定这绝对是一本值得花时间"品尝"的好书。接下来的日子，我会陆续和大家分享部分内容 :) ... 书的第一章问：你喜欢你自己吗？ 我？ 我喜欢！我自爱，不过我不自恋。你呢？希望至少你不讨厌你自己！作者说：" 真正的自爱是不具破坏性的... 错误的自爱常常变成放纵。" 嘻！看到这里，就让我想到有些女人天天喊 "我要减肥！" 然后，当她看见雪糕...炸薯条...巧克力蛋糕的时候，就像在黑暗中看见一丝丝的曙光，然后说："明天！明天我一定减！".....往往.... 不能节制的放纵，造就了好多机会给商家。

作者也提到："当一个女人只是待在家里，等待别人去注意她，那么外面的人会逐渐对她退避三舍....." 有个朋友的经历很真实的验证这句话。她的父亲在他们很小的时候，和另一个女人组织另一个家。虽然爸爸两头都兼顾得很好，让两家儿女三餐温饱，完成学业，但是这几十年来，她的妈妈承受着被背叛的痛，造成脾气暴燥。当儿女们长大工作后，妈妈每个月总是非常关心子女给她多少家用。万一迟了几天拿回家，妈妈会毫不留情在电话里痛骂。我这位朋友虽然很孝顺，但是和妈妈的关系只是一般。她说妈妈从来没有关心她们的工作、心情和家庭，而只是关心她每月给多少家用。我同情这位妈妈，更希望她的心早日得释放与医治。愿神祝福她！

这段话很值得深思: "你是否因为太爱自己，而在他人身上大了死结？...耶稣希望我们以正确的方式爱自己，这样才可以获得自由。每当我们发现对自己的那份爱，在别人身上产生了任何压力，立刻就惊觉它是破坏性的自爱。"

真爱使人自由。在自由的气氛下，爱才能滋长。如果你爱一个人，却不关心他的幸福与自由，那你就误解了爱的真谛。如果你自觉常常被某人刺伤、侮辱，那很可能不是因为你爱他太深，而是因为你太爱自己，太保护自己，太自我中心！你同意吗？

7 DON'TS After Meal

1. Don't Smoke : Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after mial is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes. Chances of cancer is higher.

2. Don't Eat Fruit Immediately : Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1~2 hrs after or before meal.

3. Don't Drink Tea : Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

4. Don't Loosen Your Belt : Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.

5. Don't Bathe : Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

6. Don't Walk About : People always say that after meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact that is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

7. Don't Sleep Immediately : The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.

Read Even If You're Busy

SATAN, the devil called a worldwide convention of demons. In his opening address he said,
" Once people gain the connection with JESUS, our power over them is broken! "

" How shall we do this?" his demons shouted.

" Keep them busy in the non-essentials of life and tempt them to spend, spend, and borrow, borrow."

" Persuade the wives to work for long hours and the husbands to work 6 days each week, 10 hrs a day,
so they can afford their empty lifestyles."

" Jam their minds and break that union with Christ by keeping the TV, VCDS and their PCs going constantly in their home."

" Give them Santa Claus to distract them from teaching their children the real meaning of X'mas."

" Keep skinny, beautiful models on the magazines and TV so their husbands will believe that outward beauty is what's important, and they'll become dissatisfied with their wives."

" Keep the wives too tired to love their husbands at night and don't give their husbands the love they need, they will begin to look elsewhere. This will fragment their families quickly!"

" Keep them busy, busy, busy! And when they meet for spiritual fellowship, involve them in gossip and small talk so that they leave with troubled consciences."

" Crowd their lives with so many good causes they have no time to seek power from Jesus."

" Soon they will be working in their own strength, sacrificing their health and family for the good of the cause."

" It will work ! It will work !"

The demons went eagerly to their assignments causing people everywhere to get busier and more rushes.

The demons make people having little time for God and their families, having no time to tell others about the power of Jesus to change lives...

Does " BUSY " mean : B-eing U-nder S-atan's Y-oke?
